Due to continued growth, we're looking for a motivated and customer focused Kitchen Designer to join our Toowoomba team.

About the Role

Based in Toowoomba, you'll meet customers in their homes, design their dream kitchens using our industry-leading ArtiCAD 3D design software, prepare quotations and guide customers through the sales process from concept to completion.

You will be responsible for:

- Designing functional and inspiring kitchen solutions.
- Conducting in-home consultations with customers.
- Preparing accurate quotes and proposals.
- Managing sales opportunities from lead to close.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Who are we looking for? A proven sales skilled who:

- Has a proven track record in sales and closing deals.
- Enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding service.




- Is confident presenting solutions in customers' homes.
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Can work autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
- Previous kitchen, cabinetry, interior design or renovation experience is advantageous but not essential.
