We are looking for a kitchen member to join our team HOTFOOD (From 20-38 Hours per week fixed shift) Restaurant industry award rate level 1 annual leave super.(Increase in rate as you progress up to $65000annual as assistant chef) seeking long time team member The requirement to be a successful applicant

Have basic knowledge and understanding of Japanese food and culture and be able to learn.

Basic Knife skills to prepare ingredients for sushi.

Must be available to work Monday ~ Friday

Sushi experience welcome. (Depending on experience, benefits given)

Australia residents welcome.





English communication skills.

Must have Australian work rights.
