Sacca's Fine Foods Altona is looking for an experienced Kitchen Hand to join our pastry production kitchen. This is a great prospect for a reliable, hard-working person to support our team in producing cakes, tarts, biscuits, and gelati for all our cafés and retail shops.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Hand, you'll play an important role in keeping our production kitchen running smoothly and hygienically, supporting our pastry chefs with cleaning, dishwashing, and general kitchen duties. Work is mainly during the day, and weekend availability is essential.

Duties Include

● Cleaning and maintaining the dish area

● Maintaining the dishwasher in a clean, working state

● Ensuring hygiene practices are met at all times

● Some food preparation

● General cleanliness of the kitchen

What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:





● Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)

● A strong work ethic and reliability

● A commitment to hygiene and safety standards

● The ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Availability to work weekends

● Full working rights in Australia
