We have an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Laboratory Support Officer to join our Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) team. This is a hands-on role supporting clinical and pre-clinical sample analysis in a highly regulated lab workplace.

? About the Role

You’ll provide critical support to the LCMS laboratory team by preparing materials, maintaining lab readiness, and helping ensure smooth workflows. Tasks include:

- Preparing and checking reagents

- Labelling tubes and checking run orders

- Processing stability samples

- Performing periodical pipettes verifications

- Aliquoting samples and control matrices

- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels

- General lab housekeeping

? About You

You're organised, reliable,



and thrive in a fast-paced lab environment. You’ll bring:

- A Certificate III in Laboratory Skills (or equivalent experience)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Great time management and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and in a team

- Confidence using MS Office (intermediate level)

Experience in a regulated (e.g. GLP/GMP) lab setting is highly regarded but not essential.
