? Graduate Landscape Architect: launch your career on meaningful projects, mentored from day one.

? Project Landscape Architect (around 2–6 years): take ownership across design, documentation and delivery, and step towards leading your own projects.

? Senior Landscape Architect (7+ years, AILA registered): lead projects and people, mentor the next generation, and help shape the future of our practice.

What you'll do

- Contribute to landscape projects across all stages. From site analysis and concept design through documentation, tender and construction; at a level that matches your experience.
- Develop creative, practical and context-responsive design responses to the brief, site and project objectives.
- Prepare (or oversee) drawings, visualisations, specifications, schedules and tender documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, authorities and our multidisciplinary team, from concept to delivery.
- Support (or lead) project coordination, delivery and construction-phase services, as your role allows.
- Add to a supportive team culture by sharing knowledge, learning, and (for our senior people) mentoring others.





What you'll bring

- A qualification in Landscape Architecture, completed or nearing completion; from recent graduates to experienced, AILA-registered practitioners.
- A genuine passion for design, places and communities.
- Design and technical ability suited to your career stage, and a desire to keep growing.
- Competence in tools such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (SketchUp, Revit and 3D visualisation tools a plus).
- Clear communication, strong collaboration and a proactive, accountable approach.
- Australian working rights and a driver licence for site visits.
