About the Role As a Labourer / Operator, you will be responsible for both general labouring activities and operating mobile equipment across an industrial worksite.

Key Responsibilities

- General labouring and site maintenance duties
- Operating mobile plant and equipment as required
- Assisting trades and site crews
- Working at heights where required
- Following site safety procedures and compliance requirements




- Maintaining equipment and work areas to a high standard
- Contributing to a productive and safety-focused team environment

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience working within civil, industrial, mining, or construction environments.

- Previous experience as a Labourer, General Hand, or Operator
- Relevant RII qualifications for mobile equipment operation
- EWP Licence (Over 11m)
- Working at Heights (WAH)
- Current Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Highly Regarded
- Experience on industrial or mining sites
- Multiple plant operating tickets
- FIFO experience
- Confined Space ticket
- Additional site-based qualifications
