We’re looking for casual Landscape Labourers and Landscape Gardeners to join an established landscaping team working across high-end residential properties throughout Brisbane.

With multiple positions available across both landscape construction and garden maintenance, this is a great opportunity for experienced outdoor workers looking for flexibility, consistent work and a quality team environment.

About the Roles

Depending on your experience, you could be working alongside our landscape construction crews or joining our garden maintenance teams.

Casual shifts are available from 1 to 5 days per week, making these roles ideal if you’re looking for regular casual work or something that fits around other commitments.

Reliable team members will also have the opportunity for ongoing work.

Landscape Labouring

You’ll be assisting experienced landscapers across premium residential landscape construction projects.

Duties may include

- Turf preparation and laying
- Moving soil, mulch, gravel and materials
- Wheelbarrow work and general site clean-up

- Digging and garden preparation

- Planting and mulching
- Assisting with paving, edging and retaining walls
- Using basic hand and power tools
- General labouring and site preparation
- Supporting the team to keep projects running smoothly

Landscape Gardening & Maintenance For those with gardening or landscape maintenance experience, you’ll be helping maintain established high-end residential gardens across Brisbane. Duties may include:

- Mowing and lawn maintenance

- Whipper snipping and edging

- Hedging and pruning




- Weeding and garden bed maintenance
- Spraying and general weed control

- Plant care and maintenance
- Mulching and garden clean-ups

- General garden maintenance
- Using commercial gardening equipment and hand tools

Requirements

What We’re Looking For Previous experience in landscaping, landscape maintenance, gardening, construction, civil or similar hands-on outdoor work is highly regarded.

For the garden maintenance positions, previous experience with mowing, edging, hedging, pruning and general garden maintenance will be particularly valuable.

These are active outdoor roles, so you’ll need to be comfortable with physical work and working outside throughout the day.

You’ll also need

- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude

- Good physical fitness
- Ability to work well as part of a team

- White Card
- Driver’s licence and own reliable transport

- Punctuality and reliability
