The Opportunity An opportunity is available for an experienced property lawyer to join a growing Queensland commercial property practice, with the flexibility to be based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

The role offers a varied mix of transactional and advisory property work, with exposure to development projects, property transactions, commercial agreements, leasing and complex ownership and management arrangements.

You will work closely with experienced senior practitioners while having the opportunity to manage matters directly, develop strong client relationships and take on greater responsibility as your experience progresses.

The Role

You will advise clients across a broad range of commercial property matters, which may include:

- Property acquisitions, disposals and related transactional matters.
- Commercial conveyancing and property development work.
- Advising on subdivisions, titles and property ownership structures.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial property agreements.
- Commercial leasing and licensing arrangements.
- Advising on development projects and associated property documentation.
- Preparing and reviewing agreements governing the ongoing use, operation and management of properties and developments.
- Advising on property rights, restrictions, easements and other interests affecting land.
- Assisting with commercial transactions involving property assets or businesses.
- Providing general property and development advice to corporate, private and development clients.
- Assisting with planning and regulatory matters associated with property projects.





The position provides the opportunity to manage matters across the transaction lifecycle while continuing to develop your technical and commercial expertise.

About You

You will be an admitted lawyer with experience in transactional property law and an interest in developing a broad commercial property practice.

Your background may include experience across areas such as:

- Commercial property transactions.
- Property development.
- Conveyancing and subdivisions.
- Commercial leasing.
- Property-related agreements and contracts.
- Title and ownership matters.
- Development documentation.
- General commercial transactions involving property.

You will have strong drafting and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage matters and competing deadlines effectively.

Importantly, you will enjoy working directly with clients and providing practical, commercially focused advice rather than approaching matters solely from a technical perspective.
