About The Opportunity

- Supervise contractors and internal team members to complete landscape construction works, safely and efficiently across various locations.
- You will be the Site owner & the key communication link between the Project Manager, site team, contractors and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and productivity to support delivery on time and within budget.
- Ensure all occupational health, safety, environmental and quality processes are followed on site.
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to maintain high standards of client service and project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

You will bring practical experience in landscaping, construction or a similar hands-on site environment, along with a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship and leading teams to achieve great outcomes.

- Experience leading landscaping, gardening, civil construction or similar site-based projects.
- Be a leader, set standards, coach and mentor your team.
- Qualification in Landscape Gardening is desirable, but not essential.

- Current driver’s licence and White Card.
- Skid Steer / Backhoe ticket & MR Licence desirable
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Professional approach, strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate teams and contractors.

- Strong understanding of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.
