Tattoo Removal Australia (TRA) is growing, and we're looking to connect with some of the most talented and experienced tattoo removal operators in Queensland. We're not looking for just one person.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for experienced tattoo removal operators who are interested in opportunities ranging from part-time operator positions through to senior/full-time clinic management roles. The exact position will depend on your:

For the right person, this could be much more than simply performing laser treatments. You could be responsible for helping operate and grow one of our clinics, leading other operators, managing the client journey, maintaining treatment standards and taking genuine ownership of clinic performance.

REMUNERATION

Opportunities ranging from approximately $50,000 to $120,000+ depending on experience, qualifications, responsibilities and position.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

LASER TATTOO REMOVAL

- Performing professional laser tattoo removal treatments
- Conducting thorough client consultations
- Assessing tattoos and treatment suitability




- Developing appropriate treatment plans
- Maintaining high treatment standards
- Monitoring client progress
- Educating clients throughout their treatment journey
- Following all TRA treatment protocols and procedures
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Prioritising client safety and outcomes

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

- Creating an exceptional experience from consultation through to completion
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Educating clients about the treatment process
- Managing client expectations
- Following up with clients where required
- Encouraging appropriate rebooking and ongoing treatment
- Helping clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their journey

CLINIC OPERATIONS

For senior operators and clinic managers, responsibilities may also include:
- Managing day-to-day clinic operations
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Maintaining clinic presentation and cleanliness
- Managing stock and consumables
- Monitoring equipment and reporting maintenance requirements
- Ensuring clinic procedures are followed
- Maintaining compliance with TRA systems and standards
- Monitoring clinic performance
- Working with Head Office
- Identifying opportunities to improve the clinic
- Taking responsibility for problems and finding solutions

LEADERSHIP

For management-level positions:
- Leading clinic staff
- Setting standards by example
- Training and supporting team members
- Holding team members accountable
- Monitoring performance
- Helping develop less experienced operators
- Creating a positive and productive clinic culture
- Taking ownership of the overall performance of the clinic

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're particularly interested in people who already have experience in:
- Laser tattoo removal
- Cosmetic laser
- Laser clinics
- Beauty or dermal therapy
- Clinic management
- Client consultation
- Sales and rebooking
- Team leadership
- Running a treatment-based business

You don't necessarily need to have held the title of "Clinic Manager" before. What matters more to us is what you can actually do.

We're interested in people who understand lasers, understand clients and understand what it takes to run a great clinic.

Queensland laser licensing requirements apply to the operation of Class 4 cosmetic laser equipment. Candidates should hold, or be eligible to hold, the appropriate Queensland laser Use Licence for tattoo removal.
