We work with a prestigious corporate law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Lawyer (2-5 PAE) to join its highly regarded Real Estate practice in Sydney. This is an opportunity to work closely with leading practitioners on complex, high-value transactions and development matters, acting for sophisticated institutional investors, private capital sponsors, developers, asset managers and major corporates.

The chance

You will gain exposure across a broad range of sophisticated matters, including:

- Major acquisitions and disposals, including large-scale property portfolios
- Real estate and infrastructure development projects
- Commercial and industrial property transactions
- Corporate leasing and strategic leasing arrangements
- Portfolio transactions and complex property documentation
- Property aspects of broader corporate and infrastructure transactions
- Energy & renewables, logistics, hospitality, agribusiness and other operational real assets.

The team works closely with a number of the other teams in the firm,



providing excellent opportunities to broaden transactional and commercial expertise. About you The role would suit a lawyer with 2+ years' post-admission experience in property law.

You will ideally have experience across:

- Complex property transactions
- Property development
- Commercial leasing
- Drafting and negotiating sophisticated property documentation
- Transaction management and working directly with clients.
