- Full-time permanent position based in Adelaide, working 38 hours per week, MondayFriday, 9am5pm.
- Competitive salary, with occasional travel to project sites required not a regular FIFO position.
- Lead document control across engineering projects, managing EDMS systems, document registers, workflows, revisions and stakeholder coordination.

About The Client Our client is a leading engineering and project delivery business specialising in the design and delivery of complex projects across a range of industries. With a strong focus on technical excellence, quality and successful project outcomes, our client offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and experienced team. About The Position We are seeking an experienced Lead Document Controller to join our clients Adelaide-based team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be responsible for overseeing document control across projects, ensuring accurate records, effective document workflows and compliance with project and quality requirements. You will work closely with engineering, project management, procurement and external stakeholders, with occasional travel to project sites required.

Key Responsibilitie s

- Manage document control systems, registers, workflows and revision control across projects.
- Coordinate document distribution, transmittals, reviews and approvals with internal teams, clients, vendors and contractors.
- Administer EDMS platforms such as Aconex, TeamBinder, SharePoint or similar systems.
- Maintain accurate document records and ensure compliance with project, quality and client requirements.
- Prepare document status reports and support project handover,



close-out and archiving activities.
- Support QHSE documentation, records and activities as required.

Experience Required

- Previous experience in a Document Control or Project Administration role, preferably within engineering, construction, mining or resources.
- Experience using EDMS platforms such as Aconex, TeamBinder, SharePoint or similar.
- Strong understanding of document numbering, revision control, registers, transmittals and document workflows.
- High level of attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with engineers, project managers, clients and contractors.
- Understanding of quality, QHSE and document compliance requirements.
