Ready to lead the future of workplace technology? VicRoads is seeking a Lead EUC Engineer to drive our modern workplace environment, delivering secure, reliable and seamless technology experiences across the organisation.
What you'll do
- Lead and optimise our End User Computing (EUC) environment
- Manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID and endpoint security
- Drive automation, patching, application packaging and device lifecycle management
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex EUC issues
- Partner with Cyber Security and project teams on enterprise initiatives
- Mentor engineers and champion continuous improvement
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' experience in EUC Engineering
- Strong expertise across Windows, macOS and Android environments
- Advanced knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, endpoint security and compliance
- PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Nice to have
- ITIL and/or ServiceNow experience
- AV/meeting room technology exposure
- Microsoft Endpoint Management or Security certifications
- Azure certifications
