Your Time to Shine The Learning Design Lead is responsible for leading the design, development and continuous improvement of high‑quality learning resource materials that drives capability uplift and performance related to product development projects. The role will use pedagogical and technical knowledge to lead the design and development of innovative learning materials and product development activities in collaboration with educational staff and learning designers working on product development projects.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience designing innovative, student-centred digital learning experiences, resources and assessments for adult and vocational education.
- Demonstrated level of experience in providing relevant guidance to the collaborative design process for the development of inclusive, engaging assessments and learning resources against competency standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, resolve complex issues and provide strategic advice that supports organisational objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in providing effective guidance to the delivery of appropriate learning design solutions that embraces innovation, universal design for learning (UDL) and continuous improvement.
What You Need to Know A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment. Please refer to the Role Description for all Special Conditions.
