About the role

Looking for an opportunity to build your career in property? Join our Commercial Property Management team in this hands-on role with a strong focus on leasing and marketing. You’ll be involved in everything from leasing enquiries and inspections through to property listings, campaigns and digital marketing, with exposure to the broader property environment.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to leasing enquiries, arrange inspections and follow up prospective tenants

- Assist with applications, leasing administration and tenant commencement

- Maintain strong communication with prospective and existing tenants

- Coordinate property listings, campaigns, photography, signage and marketing collateral

- Deliver social media, website and digital marketing activities

- Monitor market activity and campaign results, contributing ideas to improve enquiry and presentation

- Coordinate day-to-day tenant and property requirements

- Coordinate tenant vacates, inspections and follow-up of make-valuable works

- Creative with a strong eye for presentation and marketing

- Confident dealing with people and building positive relationships

- Confident using technology and willing to learn new systems
- A genuine interest in property, leasing and marketing

- Previous experience is not essential, we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn

- Marketing, social media, property, sales or administration experience would be advantageous but not essential.
