Our client is a highly regarded national law firm with an established Private Clients practice and a reputation for advising high net worth individuals, business owners and professionals on complex family law matters. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a senior Legal Assistant to join their Sydney office.

Working closely with a Partner and two Lawyers, you will become an integral member of a close knit and supportive team handling a broad range of family law matters including:

- Complex property settlements
- High value financial disputes
- Financial and binding financial agreements
- Parenting and custody matters
- De facto relationship disputes
- International family law matters

The Role In this varied and fast paced position, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing client communications and acting as a key point of contact
- Liaising with courts, barristers, experts and other external stakeholders
- Preparing court documents, briefs and affidavit material
- Coordinating filings and court deadlines
- Managing the subpoena process from start to finish
- Monthly billing,



expense reconciliation and general practice administration
- Providing high level support to a busy Partner and legal team

About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:

- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Family Law Legal Assistant
- Strong document preparation and file management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy practice
- Excellent communication skills and a polished client service approach
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your role
