About the role

Harcourts Your Place is growing, and we’re looking for a Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant to join our team!

What your days will look like

No two days are exactly the same! You’ll be out and about helping our clients and keeping things moving, including:

- Conducting open homes and showcasing properties

- Managing routine inspections

- Processing rental applications

- Coordinating lease signings

- Completing ingoing inspections

- Providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants

- Supporting the Property Management team and learning the ins and outs of the industry

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to know everything on day one — attitude, energy and a willingness to learn go a long way!

Ideally, you’ll have:

- A current driver’s licence

- Your own reliable car

- Availability to work Saturdays

- Excellent communication and people skills
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Outstanding organisation and attention to detail
- A Certificate of Registration / Assistant Agent Certificate
