About the role

Libertine Parfumerie is seeking a passionate and engaging Brand Ambassador to join our team at Myer Bondi Junction. This is a casual position offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our luxury fragrance brand, creating memorable experiences for customers and driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

This role is essential to building brand loyalty and establishing Libertine Parfumerie as a destination for discerning fragrance enthusiasts in the Bondi Junction area.

Key responsibilities

- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers, guiding them through our Libertine Parfumerie fragrance collections
- Create engaging in-store experiences and product demonstrations to showcase the unique qualities of our fragrances
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the Myer Bondi Junction location
- Maintain an immaculate appearance and presentation in line with luxury brand standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and point-of-sale displays to enhance the customer experience
- Process transactions accurately and professionally using point-of-sale systems
- Stay current with fragrance trends, seasonal collections, and promotional campaigns




- Represent the Libertine Parfumerie brand with professionalism and passion at all time

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in retail or customer service, ideally within the luxury, beauty or fragrance sector
- A genuine passion for fragrances and beauty products
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Robust sales ability with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of presentation and product knowledge
- Flexibility to work casual hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
- A professional appearance and demeanour consistent with luxury retail standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience with luxury brands or premium customer service is highly desirable
