Successful composting facility is currently seeking a loader operator to start immediately. The role at times will require manual labor; the right candidate must enjoy working outdoors.

- Load Right Scale experience

- Minimum 1 year experience operating a loader

- Physically fit as the role requires you to lift and carry equipment and fertilizer bags

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Verbal and written communication skills

- Hold a current forklift license - or willing to get one.

- Hours of work are Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays. Overtime is a requirement of this role.

Job Summary.

- Operating Machinery including Front End Loader, Excavator, Forklift

- Mixing of specified bulk orders including multiple raw materials and fertilizers

- Assisting Operations Manager and General Manger on remediation works carried out in the yard

- Windrow turning

- Loading of trucks, screens and hoppers
