About the role

W Win Engineering Pty Ltd, a leading provider of concrete pump equipment, spare parts and accessories, is seeking a full time Logistic Coordinator to be based at our Milperra, NSW head office.

This is a key operational role responsible for managing the efficient movement of materials and goods to support equipment sales, spare parts supply, and servicing operations across Australia

You will work closely with transport providers, international and local suppliers, internal service teams, and branch managers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinate and execute all logistics activities, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing and distribution
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to support logistics operations across multiple state branches
- Coordinating with customers,



suppliers and internal teams to optimise logistics processes and minimise disruptions
- Maintain accurate records for inventory levels, shipments and deliveries
- General office administration and support duties

What we're looking for

- Experience in a logistics, procurement or supply chain role (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
- Qualified working proficiency in Chinese Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly desirable
- Basic industry knowledge is highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication
- Experience with inventory control, warehousing and transport coordination
- Australian work rights are required for this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
