We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Jewellery Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Westfield Chermside.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fine jewellery and luxury retail, with a desire to express their creativity through helping clients design beautiful bespoke jewellery. An interest in social media, creating engaging posts or assisting with online enquiries would also be a wonderful advantage; however, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver warm, knowledgeable and exceptional customer service
- Assist clients in selecting fine jewellery to suit their individual style, occasion and budget
- Use creativity and design flair to assist clients in bringing their bespoke jewellery ideas to life
- Build genuine, long-lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Maintain excellent knowledge of diamonds, gemstones and jewellery collections
- Perform general administrative duties, including emails, customer follow-ups and stock updates




- Contribute to in-store promotions, marketing campaigns and special events
- Maintain immaculate personal presentation and ensure the boutique is beautifully presented
- Work as part of a rotating seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Essential Requirements

- A minimum of two years’ jewellery sales experience
- Proven sales ability and a genuine passion for fine jewellery
- A creative eye and a desire to assist with the design of bespoke jewellery
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in developing strong and lasting client relationships
- A positive attitude, maturity and immaculate personal presentation
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

Desirable, but Not Essential:

- An interest in Instagram, Facebook and social media content creation
- Experience photographing jewellery or creating engaging posts
- Confidence responding to online customer enquiries
- Experience assisting with websites, online products or e-commerce
- A natural flair for styling, design or visual presentation
