About the Role

Hubix Workforce is recruiting experienced production staff for a new cosmetic manufacturing operation in Sunshine West, expected to commence in early October.

We are building the initial workforce and are looking for reliable candidates interested in ongoing opportunities as the operation develops.

- Compounder – Main Operator

- Compounder – Support Operator

- Tube Filling Machine Operator

- Bottle Filling Machine Operator

- Forklift Operator / Storeperson

- Perfume Production Operator – Future Opportunities

Pay Guide (Hourly pay rate - Ordinary shift)

Manufacturing/production & Warehouse/distribution workers

- Grade 1 (on commencement) - $33.85

- Grade 1 (after 3 months) - $34.26

- Grade 1 (after 12 months) - $34.65

- Grade 2 - $34.96

- Grade 3 - $35.96

- Grade 4 - $37.01

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, duties may include:

- Operating mixing, filling and production machinery

- Weighing and preparing raw materials

- Compounding and batch production

- Following batch sheets, formulas and SOPs

- Tube and bottle filling operations

- Quality checks and production documentation

- Equipment cleaning and sanitising

- Manual handling and material movement

- Forklift operation where required

- Following GMP, hygiene and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

You will ideally have

- Full Australian working rights

- Previous experience in manufacturing or production

- Experience as a Compounder, Batch Operator, Machine Operator or Production Operator

- Experience with mixing, filling, processing or packaging equipment





- Ability to follow SOPs, batch instructions and production documentation

- Reliable attendance and commitment to ongoing work

Experience within cosmetics, pharmaceutical, personal care, food, chemical or other GMP manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.

Experience with compounding, raw material weighing, mixing/blending, tube filling, bottle filling or batch production will also be highly regarded.

Forklift Applicants

You will require

- Current Australian Forklift Licence

- High Reach experience

- Counterbalance experience

- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
