About the role

As the Maintenance and Logistics Coordinator at Buru Rehab, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our civils and earthworks operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full time position is based in our Rockingham, WA office and involves coordinating maintenance activities and overseeing the logistics of our supply chain.

Key responsibilities Include:

- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules for all production equipment and machinery
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to schedule and oversee the completion of maintenance and repair work
- Tracking and analyzing equipment performance data to identify efficiency improvements and proactively address issues
- Managing the procurement, storage and distribution of production materials, parts and consumables
- Optimizing logistics and supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintaining detailed records and generating reporting on all maintenance and logistics activities
- Collaborating with the production team to identify and resolve any operational bottlenecks
- Assisting Project Managers and Operations Manager with project logistics, reporting and execution
- Periodic travel to the Pilbara, Kimberley's and other Buru Rehab projects as required

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance coordination or logistics role, preferably within a civils or earthworks environment
- Strong technical understanding of earthworks equipment and machinery,



with the ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent planning, scheduling and problem-solving skills to coordinate complex maintenance and supply chain activities
- Proficient in the use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office suite of documents
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external providers
- Relevant qualifications in Heavy Diesel Fitting, logistics or a related technical discipline would be highly regarded
