As a Night Shift Maintenance Fitter, you’ll be supporting production-critical equipment in our long term clients dairy processing and packaging facility. This role is suited to someone who takes ownership on shift - identifying issues early, resolving faults efficiently, and maintaining reliable equipment performance.

Location: South West Sydney

FULL TIME NIGHT SHIFT

Rate: $61.55/hr (Night Shift 11pm - 7am) + Super

Additional: Additional OT opportunities

Overtime: Paid at Double Time

Your Responsibilities

- Perform mechanical fault-finding, breakdown response, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain and repair production and packaging equipment
- Support reliable site operation through proactive maintenance practices
- Work collaboratively with site teams to minimise downtime
- Uphold WHS standards and contribute to a safe working setting

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in mechanical fault-finding and repair




- Strong understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
- General fabrication capability
- Welding experience (Stick, TIG, MIG – advantageous)
- Restricted electrical disconnect/reconnect (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable using digital systems
