The position:
Hillcrest Christian College is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our team, commencing in Term 4, 2026. This role will initially be based at our Reedy Creek Campus, working three days per week during Term 4. From 2027, the position will work across both campuses, working two days per week at Reedy Creek and one day per week at our Mudgeeraba Campus.
This role is ideal for a proactive and practical individual who takes pride in maintaining secure, functional, and welcoming environments. As a key member of the Maintenance Team, you will help ensure our campuses are presented to the highest standard through a combination of general maintenance, repairs, facilities support, and grounds work as required.
Working closely with the Head of General Maintenance,
you will respond to maintenance requests, complete minor repairs and improvement works, support campus events, and contribute to the ongoing upkeep of buildings, equipment, and outdoor spaces. The role also includes grounds maintenance responsibilities as required, helping to ensure the overall presentation, safety, and functionality of both campuses.
