Aquatek Plumbing & Gas is a family-owned maintenance plumbing business based in Eden Hills. We’re a small, growing team that cares about doing good work, looking after our customers and — importantly — looking after our people.

We’re looking for a Licensed Plumber / Gas Fitter who knows their trade, can work independently and takes genuine pride in leaving a job better than they found it.

?️ WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE

One day you could be clearing a blocked drain. The next, diagnosing a hot water problem, repairing a burst pipe, installing a gas appliance or tracking down a mysterious leak that apparently “only happens when it rains.”

You’ll get a genuine variety of maintenance work, rather than doing the same thing every day.

Your work will include

- General maintenance plumbing
- Blocked drains and drain repairs
- Hydro-jetting and CCTV
- Hot water repairs and replacements
- Gas leak detection and repairs
- Gas appliance installation and servicing
- Taps, toilets and general plumbing repairs

- Consumer pipe installations

- Burst pipe repairs
- Diagnosing problems and finding practical solutions
- Communicating directly with customers and explaining the work clearly

? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We want someone who

- Takes pride in their workmanship

- Can diagnose a problem and provide professional advice to customers
- Works cleanly and professionally
- Can work independently
- Has positive communication skills
- Is comfortable using an iPad and mobile apps
- Has a good attitude and a sense of humor
- Doesn't need someone standing over them to get the job done

✅ YOU'LL NEED

- Current Plumbing & Gas Fitting license
- Minimum 1 year maintenance plumbing experience
- Current driver's license
- Your own hand and power tools
- Australian working rights
- Police clearance or willingness to obtain one
