As Maintenance Supervisor , you'll lead substation maintenance across modern HV substations, energy hubs and switching infrastructure. You'll work with new technology and equipment while helping establish maintenance practices and develop a high-performing team.

The Role You'll lead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Lead maintenance across major HV assets including transformers, shunt reactors, circuit breakers, instrument transformers, earthing switches and synchronous condensers.
- Support commissioning, energisation and operational handover of new infrastructure.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of HV electricians, protection and control technicians and apprentices.




- Coordinate contractors, engineering and project teams to deliver maintenance and testing activities.
- Help develop maintenance strategies, procedures and standards for a new asset portfolio.
- Provide technical leadership during fault response and operational activities.
- Champion safety, quality, asset integrity and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring
- Certificate III in ESI or equivalent electrical trade qualification.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is advantageous.
- Strong HV/EHV substation experience across primary and secondary systems, including protection, SCADA, control and metering.
- Experience leading HV maintenance teams and contractors in a transmission, utility or major infrastructure environment.
- Strong knowledge of HV maintenance, testing, switching and safe systems of work.
- Experience with commissioning or energisation of new HV assets is highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence.
