We’re hiring a Management Accountant

We’re looking for someone who can do more than tell us what happened in the numbers — we want someone who’s curious enough to ask “so, what should we do about it?”

This is a Brisbane-based role for a CA/CPA-qualified Management Accountant who enjoys being close to the action — partnering with operational leaders and project managers, rather than just reporting on things after the fact.

You’ll take the lead on monthly management reporting, budgeting, rolling forecasts and project profitability analysis. And there’s plenty of opportunity to make things better along the way — from automating dashboards and getting more from our systems, to turning financial data into insights the business can actually use.

Real business partnering — your analysis gets in front of the people who can do something with it

Project-level visibility — including margin, utilisation and WIP





Room to improve things — we want you to automate, streamline and challenge the way we report

Executive exposure — you’ll work directly with our Executive Leadership Team

You’ll bring 5+ years’ management accounting experience (professional services experience is a big plus), advanced Excel skills, solid ERP knowledge, and a healthy dose of commercial curiosity.
