Your new role
We're seeking an experienced and collaborative professional to lead a portfolio of client advisory projects, engage in key stakeholder relationships, and support a small team delivering social impact outcomes across a range of industries.
Reporting to the Head of Social Impact and Engagement, this role balances people leadership, project delivery and client management while contributing to an established and successful team strategy.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a community organisation with a consultative lens, influencing stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes, while working collaboratively within an existing leadership structure.

As Manager, Client Advisory and Impact, you'll lead consulting projects, build trusted client relationships and support a small team of professionals delivering meaningful change for improved consumer outcomes.
This is an opportunity for an experienced project, consulting or stakeholder engagement professional ready to take the next step in their leadership career. You'll contribute to an established and successful strategy, working alongside experienced leaders while bringing your own insights, initiative and strengths to the role.

Your skills and experience
We’re looking for someone who:
- is motivated by social impact and improving outcomes for consumers and communities experiencing vulnerability.
- has experience leading projects, programs or small teams in consulting, community, customer experience, policy or related environments.
- enjoys building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes through collaboration.
- can balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and implementation.
- is comfortable contributing to an established strategy while working closely with experienced leaders and peers.
- values learning, feedback and continuous improvement.
- demonstrates humility, curiosity and sound judgement when navigating complex challenges.
- is looking to grow their leadership capability in a purpose-driven environment.
You will have the ability to:
- diagnose business and operational challenges.
- ask insightful questions and challenge assumptions constructively.
- analyse information and identify themes, risks and opportunities.
- develop practical recommendations and improvement roadmaps.
- build credibility quickly with clients.
- manage competing stakeholder expectations and priorities.
- facilitate difficult conversations.

- coordinate resources effectively.
- lead a small team (coaching,
delegating, supervising).
You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification such as a Bachelors’ degree or higher in Business, Commerce, Economics or Arts. You will also hold a full driver licence and have the capacity to travel.
You will also have relevant experience in working with stakeholders in business, government and community sectors.
