Common Law Contract - Salary from $155,000 per annum (depending on experience) + 13% Superannuation
3-5 Year Fixed-Term Contract The Role
We're seeking a confident and technically skilled Manager Infrastructure Projects & Assets to lead the delivery of the Town's infrastructure projects, asset management, and capital works program.
In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the design and delivery of civil and community infrastructure projects, manage public assets sustainably, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards. You'll work closely with the Director Infrastructure Services to align operational priorities with strategic objectives and community needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the Projects Design & Delivery Team and managing the Town's capital works program.
- Overseeing contract administration, procurement, and financial reporting.
- Driving the implementation of the Town's Asset Management System in line with ISO55000 and State Government guidelines.
- Providing expert advice to the Executive Leadership Team and Council.
- Ensuring WHS compliance and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Managing stakeholder engagement and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in public sector infrastructure delivery and asset management.
- Robust leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Technology One ERP and project management frameworks.
- A commitment to service excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Work Related Requirements
- Degree Qualification in Project Management, business or similar
- National Police Clearance
- Current 'C' class driver's licence
- The rights to work in Australia
