About the role As a Manager, you will work with senior Tenet leaders and colleagues across the firm, in project teams committed to helping you thrive and invest in your ongoing development.



Our mandates are broad and impactful – you will have exposure to:

- Developing AI, technology, data and digital strategies
- Designing and implementing new operating models and ways of working
- Leading platform modernisation programs (e.g. ERP) and platform selection
- Running technology selection and vendor evaluation processes
- Establishing governance and delivery models for large, complex programs

About you

- Experience leading or contributing to technology, AI, data or digital strategy engagements
- Solid foundational knowledge of cloud, data, AI, architecture, platforms, operating models and customer experience
- Experience identifying, prioritising and sequencing AI use cases, including sizing benefits and building the business case for investment
- Track record of driving AI adoption and change inside corporate functions (finance, marketing, operations, HR), not just pilots
- Hands-on comfort with AI tooling sufficient to prototype, demo, and pressure-test vendor claims in front of executive audiences
- Experience with platform modernisation (e.g. ERP) and/or technology selection and vendor evaluation
- Demonstrated ability to establish governance and delivery models for large programs
- Advanced commercial acumen and the ability to articulate the value of technology, AI and digital investment to executive audiences
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams alongside colleagues from Strategy and Customer, not just Technology
- Undergraduate degree in technology, business IT or a related field; MBA or postgraduate study a plus, not required
