About the role

WhiteWater Marine is seeking an experienced Marine Boat Fitter to join our team in Ashmore, Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled labourer, or someone willing to learn and be trained.

What you'll be doing

- Fitting of new engines
- Fitting of marine electronics
- Water Testing of product
- Pre delivery of new engines
- Wiring and accessories installation

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Marine Boat Fitter or similar role within the trades and services industry
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of boat construction, materials, and repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work




- Positive communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others
