About the role

This is a practical in-house role, with approximately 50–75% focused on hands-on graphic design and creative execution. You will work across graphic design and branded collateral, HubSpot CRM and marketing campaigns, WordPress website management, email and digital marketing, social media, content and SEO, campaign reporting and analytics, sales and business development support, and brand and marketing asset management. You will initially work alongside an external marketing agency before progressively bringing routine marketing and creative activity in-house.

About you

- Strong capability in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop,



with the ability to personally create professional marketing collateral from concept to finished artwork

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot – contacts, campaigns, workflows, lists, segmentation, email marketing and reporting

- Confident personally updating WordPress website pages, content, images and landing pages

- Able to produce professional brochures, capability statements, presentations, digital assets, social media graphics, signage and sales collateral
- A hands-on creator, not someone who simply briefs agencies or coordinates others

- Solid design skills with practical marketing and commercial awareness

- Comfortable working directly with Directors and Business Development

- Experience within B2B, industrial, mining, resources, safety, manufacturing or technical products would be highly regarded
- A qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or Digital Media is desirable

- Portfolio or examples of work personally created required with application
