About the Role

- Servicing, diagnosing and repairing outboard engines (Honda Marine & other major brands)
- Fit‑ups, repowers, rigging and electrical installations
- Troubleshooting engine performance issues
- Preparing boats for delivery and ensuring high workshop standards
- Maintaining accurate job records and communicating clearly with the service team

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a marine mechanic or similar mechanical trade




- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
- Reliable, skilled and customer‑focused
- Current driver’s licence (boat licence highly regarded)
- Experience with Honda Marine is a bonus, but not essential
