You’ll work across digital marketing, client retention, content, events and campaigns, with plenty of opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table.

About the Role

Working closely with the team, you’ll help deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen our client relationships, grow our brand and keep Everlend front of mind.

Your responsibilities will include

- Supporting client retention and nurture programs to keep clients engaged throughout their journey
- Creating simple, engaging and educational content across social media, email and digital channels
- Managing client newsletters and email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp
- Supporting social media management across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
- Creating and updating website content
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, collateral and promotional materials
- Using Canva to create skilled, on-brand content
- Supporting referral partner marketing and relationship initiatives
- Assisting with events including our charity gala, seminars and presentations
- Helping identify new marketing opportunities, trends and ideas
- Supporting basic CRM and marketing automation activities
- Contributing to SEO and website optimisation
- Editing video and podcast content using tools such as CapCut,



Adobe Premiere or similar

About You

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, creative and proactive - someone who brings the hype and isn’t afraid to have a go.

You’ll ideally have

- 1+ year of experience in marketing, content creation or a related field
- Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Mailchimp and Canva
- Confidence using social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Basic CRM and marketing automation experience
- An understanding of client retention and nurture marketing
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A creative mindset and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
- Experience in financial services or an understanding of compliance is highly regarded
- SEO knowledge is preferable
- Experience with referral partner marketing or relationship management is a bonus
