Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a well-established Australian energy consultancy to find a Marketing & Brand Coordinator who enjoys being hands-on, getting creative and bringing marketing ideas to life.

This is an opportunity to join a growing business where you'll work across social media, branding, creative, marketing collateral, sponsorships and channel partner campaigns. You'll work closely with an experienced Marketing Manager and sales team, helping create campaigns and content that strengthen the brand and generate new business opportunities.

What will you do?

- Manage day-to-day social media activity, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement
- Create engaging blog posts and written content that support the brand and generate interest
- Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations and other print materials
- Develop creative assets and campaigns to support channel partners and their marketing activity
- Work with channel partners to bring co-branded campaigns and lead generation initiatives to life
- Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships and associated marketing activity
- Support ongoing brand initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing materials




- Work closely with the sales team to identify lead generation opportunities and develop marketing activity around them
- Use Salesforce to support lead generation campaigns, maintain marketing data and track activity

What do you need?

- At least 3 years' experience in a marketing, brand, content or communications-focused role
- Experience managing business social media accounts and creating content for different audiences
- Strong Canva skills with a positive eye for design and visual presentation
- Experience creating marketing collateral across print and digital formats, including brochures, presentations and campaign assets
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to write engaging blog and social content
- Experience working with sponsors, partnerships or channel partners will be highly regarded
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A proactive and creative mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects
- An understanding of marketing's role in generating leads and supporting sales
