Bring your marketing expertise to a role where you will truly make a difference.

- Part-time | 22.6 hours per week | Gaythorne based
- Join Carinity – where people, purpose and care come first
- A senior generalist marketing role, without the full-time hours

Are you an experienced marketer looking for a genuinely flexible role where you can contribute strategically, remain hands-on and see the impact of your work? This is not a narrowly defined marketing position. As our Marketing Business Partner, you will work across strategy, campaigns, customer experience, lead generation, brand, digital marketing, partnerships and project delivery.

The difference is that you can do it part-time.

Working 22.6 hours per week, you will have flexibility to structure your hours in a way that works for your life and responsibilities. This could be an ideal opportunity for a working parent, carer or experienced marketing professional who wants meaningful, diverse work without returning to a traditional full-time schedule.

Why you will love this role

- A genuinely broad marketing remit: Contribute at both a strategic and operational level across integrated campaigns, customer engagement, digital and traditional channels, research, events, brand and business development.
- Part-time flexibility: Structure your 22.6 hours in a way that supports your schedule while meeting the needs of the role and team.
- Meaningful work: Help market services that make a real difference in the lives of people and communities across Queensland.
- An established, high-performing team: Join a collaborative marketing and communications team with a genuine commitment to teamwork.
- Take ownership: Partner closely with our home care team to drive Marketing & Communication activities for this priority business stream.
- The opportunity to make an impact: Translate strategy into practical campaigns that strengthen the Carinity brand, generate leads and support organisational growth.

- Support lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement and growth.
- Manage campaigns, projects and events from planning through to delivery and evaluation.

- Help ensure marketing communications consistently reflect Carinity’s brand, strategic messages and values.
