Content & Social Media Coordinator

Part-Time | In-House | Fremantle, WA

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Content & Social Media Coordinator to join a growing skincare company and salon based in Fremantle, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves beauty, skincare, content creation and social media and wants to be involved in more than simply scheduling posts.

You’ll work closely with the owner and marketing manager to create, edit, coordinate and manage content across social media and other marketing channels, helping bring the brand to life both online and in-store.

The RoleThis is a part time, in-house position suited to someone who is creative, organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day content and marketing tasks.

Your responsibilities will include

- Creating photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms
- Filming content in-store, including treatments, products, behind-the-scenes content and team content
- Editing short-form videos, Reels, TikToks and other social content
- Planning and managing the social media content calendar
- Writing captions, social copy and basic marketing content
- Scheduling and publishing content across relevant platforms
- Helping develop creative content ideas and campaigns
- Managing and maintaining social media channels
- Monitoring engagement, comments, messages and community interactions
- Assisting with email marketing and EDM campaigns
- Assisting with website content updates and promotional campaigns
- Coordinating product, treatment and promotional launches




- Helping organise photoshoots, content days and other marketing activities
- Maintaining marketing assets, content libraries and brand materials
- Tracking basic social media and marketing performance
- Researching trends, content ideas and opportunities within the skincare and beauty space
- Supporting the owner with general marketing coordination and administrative tasks

About YouWe’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience creating and managing social media content
- Is confident filming and editing video content
- Understands what makes content engaging on Instagram and TikTok
- Has a good eye for aesthetics, branding and visual storytelling
- Can write engaging captions and marketing copy
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Is proactive and comfortable working independently
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced salon/beauty environment

Experience WithExperience with any of the following would be highly regarded:
- Instagram & TikTok
- Canva
- CapCut or similar video editing platforms
- Meta Business Suite
- Email marketing platforms
- Website/CMS platforms
- Basic photography and videography
- Social media scheduling tools
- Google Drive / Microsoft Office

You don't need to be an expert in everything. We're more interested in someone who is creative, eager to learn, organised and takes initiative.
