Regional Marketing Manager — APJ

Location: Singapore or Australia, remote within the region

Global cybersecurity company is hiring a Regional Marketing Manager to lead activity across Asia-Pacific and Japan. This hands-on role combines regional planning with campaign delivery, working closely with global marketing and regional sales teams to build awareness and generate pipeline.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a regional marketing plan aligned with sales priorities.
- Deliver events, webinars, workshops, and multichannel demand generation campaigns.
- Localise global campaigns and content for APJ audiences.
- Manage regional PR, agencies, partners,



budgets, and timelines.
- Track performance and optimise campaigns against business goals.

Requirements

- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Experience owning marketing for APJ, either as the first regional marketer or in a similarly autonomous role within a global organisation.
- Experience independently leading APJ marketing within a global organisation.
- Strong campaign delivery, sales collaboration, and project management skills.
- Confidence using marketing platforms, analytics, and generative AI tools.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages is an advantage.
