The Role

Industro is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of the organisation, planning and coordination of our marketing activities.

This role would suit an experienced Marketing Manager who has previously managed marketing for a growing business but is now looking for a flexible, part-time position.

We aren't looking for someone who needs to be told what to do each week. We want someone who can come into the business, understand where we are heading, organise our marketing function and build the systems and rhythm that keep it moving.

Your primary objective will be simple:

Get our marketing organised, systemised and consistently executed.

Key Responsibilities

You will take ownership of:

· Marketing Planning & Organisation – Build and maintain a clear marketing calendar covering campaigns, product launches, promotions, social media, EDMs and other marketing activity.

· Marketing Collateral – Organise and maintain our library of brochures, catalogues, flyers, product sheets, presentations, digital assets, photography and other sales and marketing collateral.

· EDM & Email Marketing – Develop and manage a structured EDM program, including campaign planning, customer segmentation, content coordination, scheduling and performance review.

· Social Media Management – Plan and coordinate consistent activity across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, ensuring content is relevant, professional and aligned with the Industro brand.

· Content Planning – Develop a forward content calendar and coordinate the creation of product, customer, project, educational and company content.

· Campaign Management – Coordinate marketing campaigns from idea through to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and activities actually get completed.

· Sales Support – Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the collateral, campaigns, product information and marketing support required to grow accounts and win new business.





· Marketing Systems & Processes – Establish repeatable processes, templates, schedules and workflows so that marketing becomes a well-organised function rather than a collection of ad-hoc activities.

· Supplier & Product Marketing – Coordinate marketing around key suppliers, new products, product categories and strategic opportunities.

· Performance & Reporting – Maintain a simple marketing scorecard and regularly review what is being produced, what is working and what needs improvement.

What We're Looking For

This is not an entry-level marketing position.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role and understands how to organise and run a marketing function.

The right person will be:

· Highly organised and able to bring structure to multiple marketing activities

· Proactive and comfortable taking ownership

· Experienced in managing marketing calendars and campaigns

· Experienced with EDM/email marketing programs

· Experienced managing LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

· Experienced organising marketing collateral and digital assets

· Comfortable coordinating designers, photographers, agencies or other external resources where required

· Commercially minded and understands that marketing ultimately needs to support sales and business growth

· Able to work independently without requiring constant direction

· Strong at following through and getting things completed

Experience in B2B, industrial, construction, infrastructure, trade or distribution marketing would be highly regarded.
