About the role

As a MiniYama Matcharista, you'll be preparing and serving premium matcha drinks and desserts at our Japanese-inspired matcha kiosk, providing warm and friendly customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and serving premium matcha drinks and desserts
- Providing warm and friendly customer service
- Taking orders and handling POS transactions
- Keeping the kiosk clean, organised and well stocked
- Working efficiently with the team during busy periods
- Learning matcha preparation techniques and product range

About you

- Friendly, confident and quick to learn
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
- Take pride in presentation and customer service
- Have good availability across November, December and January
- Can work a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends




- Available to commence training during October
- Hospitality, café, barista, bubble tea or customer service experience is a bonus
