About the Project

We are seeking 2 experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join an upcoming short-term project at the Sino site near Karratha, Western Australia.

The project involves mechanical works on a Bucket Wheel Reclaimer, with a requirement for experienced supervisors who can lead site crews and coordinate mechanical activities safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate mechanical crews on site.
- Oversee mechanical maintenance, repair and installation activities.
- Provide hands-on technical support and mechanical guidance to the site team.
- Coordinate daily work activities and ensure work is completed safely and to schedule.
- Monitor site safety, quality and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with other site supervisors, trades and project personnel.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements.
- Complete shift handovers, reporting and relevant site documentation.

About You To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Proven experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor.
- Robust mechanical knowledge and hands-on mechanical experience.




- Demonstrated experience working with Bucket Wheel Reclaimers.
- Experience or knowledge of Balance Machines.
- Experience within fixed plant, mining, mineral processing or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong leadership, communication and safety skills.
- Previous experience supervising and coordinating mechanical crews.
- Ability to work effectively on both day and night shifts.
- Ability to mobilise to the Karratha / Pilbara region at short notice.

Essential:

- Section 44

Highly Desirable:

- Schedule 26
- Relevant mechanical trade qualification
- Mining / fixed-plant experience
- Relevant site safety tickets

Pay: $85.00 – $100.00 per hour
