We offer Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, and Exercise Physiology services to a wide range of patients across the Picton and Wollongong areas. Our practice is committed to providing individualised Health Care at its highest level, with our administrative team delivering exceptional customer service.
Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking an additional member to join our exceptional administrative team, based at our Wollongong clinic.

This is a full-time position (35–40 hours per week) within our administrative team. Our clinic operates:
- Monday–Thursday: 7am–8pm
- Friday: 7am–6pm
You will be required to work some morning and evening shifts, depending on staff availability. Desirable experience (but not essential):
- Previous work in allied health or medical administration
- Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, NDIS
- Experience using clinical software like Cliniko or Nookal
We hire based on attitude, adaptability, and cultural fit. While prior experience is valued, we’re just as interested in people who are eager to learn, align with our values, and want to grow with us long-term. Salary range: $59,280 – $66,560 per year, depending on previous experience and demonstrated capability. Further salary progression is available through Movement Therapy structured pay scale.
This role includes five weeks of annual leave as part of our commitment to sustainable and rewarding work.

You will enjoy learning from a qualified and supportive team. Your role will consist of meeting and greeting patients in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner. You will be taking telephone inquiries, scheduling patient consultations, invoicing, and assisting the Practice Manager when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception duties include welcoming patients, recording patient details, answering telephone calls & inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing and receipting invoices, monitoring and replying to emails.
- General administrative duties and supporting the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations
- Opening & closing the practice
- Fostering a professional working relationships with team members, patients and clinic staff
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policy and procedure
- Maintaining a clean and presentable clinic
