About the role

Our Medical Receptionists are the first point of contact for customers and the face of Medical One. Medical Receptionists are responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the reception area, and performing all duties relating to scheduling, welcoming, processing and billing of patients and assisting doctors in the treatment room as required.

About you

- Medical Receptionist experience is desirable.
- Customer service experience is essential.
- Robust communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a positive attitude and empathetic nature.

Role 1

The Hours

- Monday: 7.45am - 2.00pm
- Tuesday: 7.45am - 2.00pm
- Thursday: 2.00pm - 8.15pm
- Rotating weekend shifts approximately 1 in 3 weekends
- Public Holidays - generally 1 or 2 per year

This role is suited to outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people, have clear and concise communication skills and amazing customer service. In this role, you will learn to lead from the front, put people first, enjoy a team environment, be trained and supported, and rewarded for your hard work.

You will ensure that the delivery and standard of customer service and Medical One processes, and procedures are maintained at a high level.

Our Medical Centre is a modern General Practice with state-of-the art facilities and Zedmed software is in use (software training will be provided).
