About The Role

n

To support our growth focused approach, we are currently seeking an experienced Yard & Logistics Supervisor to join our team in the Devonport Branch.

n





This role has a strong operational focus, leading the yard team, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring deliveries are executed safely, on time and to the highest service standards. You will be a visible, hands-on supervisor who sets the standard for safety, teamwork and performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead, supervise and support Drivers and Yard Staff at our Devonport Branch
n
- Take ownership of daily yard operations
n
- Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, on time and in full
n
- Ensure that coordination and optimisation of delivery runs and resource allocation are completed
n
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence
n
- Support recruitment, onboarding and safety training of new team members
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Experience managing production teams in a manufacturing or similar environment
n
- Proven leadership skills
n
- Must have a valid forklift license
n
- An intermediate level of computer skills
n
- Exceptional communication skills
n
- MR license is preferred but not essential
n
- Previous gas industry experience is advantageous but it is not essential
n
- The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.
n
