Essential Criteria

- Ability to be patient, tolerant, reliable and versatile in the classroom and workplace.

- Experience as a Student with Disability Education Assistant.
n
- Demonstrated ability to empathise with and understand young children.
n




- The proven ability to work collaboratively with others, build trust and display integrity.
n
- A warm, welcoming disposition with a strong sense of confidentiality.
n
- A high level of flexibility and compassion towards the students in our care.
n
- Sound written and verbal communications skills.
n
- Evidence of resilience and the capacity to adapt to challenge.
n
- Must have completed or be willing to complete Senior First Aid Certificate.
n
- Working with Children's Check.
n
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (not more than 90 days old).
n
- Attainment of Certificate IV in School Based Education Support.
