You are responsible for overseeing the entire operation of a restaurant, ensuring efficiency and profitability by managing staff, customers, stock, finances, and ensuring compliance with regulations

Ø At least two years or more work experiences in a management role.

Ø Experienced working in a commercial restaurant - not essential but ideal.

Ø Strong work ethic, clean, organised and meticulous

Ø Ability to accept personal accountability and provide clear leadership and communication to team members.
