The ideal candidate will possess the ability to offer a diverse range of high-quality massage services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. This includes proficiency in various therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue, remedial, and Chinese traditional treatment etc.

Key responsibilities for the Massage Therapist are:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their medical history, specific needs, and desired outcomes from the massage therapy session
- Perform various massage techniques tailored to each client's needs, such as deep tissue, remedial, reflexology, Chinese traditional treatment such as Body Detox, Ear Candle, Vacuum Cupping), while ensuring client comfort and safety
- Assess clients' musculoskeletal conditions, posture, and range of motion to determine the most appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and any relevant medical information in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy, self-care techniques, and preventive measures to improve their overall health and well-being
- Maintain a clean, hygienic,



and safe massage environment by adhering to industry standards for sanitation, disinfection, and hygiene protocols
- Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and techniques in massage therapy through continuing education, workshops, seminars, and professional associations
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction during massage sessions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, chiropractors, or physical therapists, as needed to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and skilled standards established by regulatory bodies, such as maintaining client confidentiality, respecting client boundaries, and practicing with integrity and professionalism at all times

Skills & Experience

- Diploma of Remedial Massage (or equivalent qualification) is required.
- A minimum of three (3) year experience as Massage Therapist.
- Proficient in diverse massage modalities, with specialization in Chinese Traditional Massage.
- Effective communication skills to establish rapport with clients, listen to their concerns, and clearly explain treatment plans, techniques, and self-care recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to adapt massage techniques and treatment plans based on clients' feedback, preferences, and evolving therapeutic needs.
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive and memorable experience for clients.
