Project Manager High-End Residential | Up to $165K + Super

A fantastic opportunity to join a respected Perth luxury residential builder working across some of the city’s most impressive homes.

This role sits between the Site Managers and senior leadership, providing project-level oversight across programme, budgets and costing. The Site Managers take care of the day-to-day site management, allowing you to focus on keeping projects commercially and operationally on track.

The role would suit a Project Manager with a strong high-end residential background who enjoys the broader project side of construction and working closely with an experienced team.





The Chance

• Up to $165K + Super, depending on experience and overall suitability
• Luxury / high-end residential projects
• Site Managers already in place
• Oversight of programme, budgets and costing
• Direct exposure to senior leadership
• Established builder with a strong reputation and quality pipeline

To be considered, you’ll need solid residential Project Management experience, strong WA construction knowledge and the commercial awareness to manage budgets and project performance.
