Full Job Description
Our client is a leading, full-service commercial property agency with an established presence in the Perth market and a robust reputation for delivering exceptional service across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Director – Commercial Property Management to join the leadership team. This role will encompass portfolio management, people leadership, client relationship management and business development, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the continued growth of the team and portfolio.

In addition to managing the existing portfolio, you will play an active role in growing the business. This will include contributing to tenders, proposals and presentations, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the expansion of the commercial property management team and portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of commercial Property Managers.
- Oversee portfolio performance, service delivery and operational standards.
- Provide strategic guidance and support on complex property management matters.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Support the development and performance of the broader Property Management team.
- Contribute to tenders,



proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the commercial property management portfolio.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support the strategic growth of the business.
- Remain informed of market trends and opportunities across the commercial property sector.

About You
You will be an experienced commercial property management professional with a strong understanding of office assets and a proven track record in team leadership. You will possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, together with the commercial acumen and confidence to contribute to business development initiatives.

This opportunity would suit an established Senior Property Manager ready to take the next step into a leadership role, or an experienced Associate Director looking to make a meaningful impact within a growing commercial property management team.

To be successful, you will have:

- Substantial experience in commercial property management, ideally across office assets.
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing a team.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- An understanding of business development, tenders and new business opportunities.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and provide strategic direction.
- Current WA Property Management registration.
